Sales Associate
Henri’s is seeking a full-time sales associate to join our team in Chattanooga, TN. The key roles are being responsible for the merchandise, providing sales support and giving excellent customer service. Must work weekends. This position is starting April 1st.
Responsibilities
• Set up jewelry in the morning and take it down in the evening.
• Participate in weekly jewelry inventory counts.
• Understand repair, move, transfer and memo processes.
• Assist store manager with clients.
• Transporting jewelry to and from the vault.
• Modeling jewelry.
• Learn, understand and perform custom design services.
• Organization of jewelry throughout your shift.
• Assist with having jewelry cleaned and minor repairs performed.
• Learn, understand and use sales language.
• Escort clients throughout the building.
• Respect the client’s privacy and keep all client information confidential.
• Be available to honor any reasonable customer service request.
• Answer telephones, monitor voicemails and take messages.
• Prepare and process jewelry shipment requests with thorough documentation.
• Assist with business related errands.
• Learn, understand and extensively use internal system.
• Keep cases, floors and mirror clean throughout shift.
• Assist with social media occasionally
Qualifications
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Ability to work as a team player
• Foreign languages a plus

Marketing Assistant
Henri’s is seeking an on-site, part-time marketing assistant to join our team in Chattanooga, TN. We are looking for someone that is hard-working, organized, eager to grow in marketing and passionate about the jewelry industry. Must work weekends. This position is starting June 1st.
Responsibilities
• Take photos of product and photoshop said photos for social media or website purposes
• Assist with marketing events including but not limited to; retail store, online, promotions etc.
• Understands the overall concept of the company, including the brand, customer, and all other aspects of the company
• Manage engagement on all social accounts by constant interaction with followers and potential customers
• Influencer relations: assist with finding local celebrities and small influencers to work with for events or styling
• Conceptualize and create new Instagram posts, reels, TikToks and more
• Assist marketing team with day-to-day administrative tasks
Qualifications
• Applied understanding of basic marketing principles and current trends
• Creative problem-solving skills
• Self-starter with ability to work independently
• Comfortable with multitasking in a deadline-driven environment
• Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills
• Must have vehicle to commute to and from offices and events
• Exceptional organizational skills
• Photoshop experience preferred
• Photography experience preferred
• Website management/coding experience preferred Education Requirements
• Current college student working towards a bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
• High School Diploma Required
